Does PWT-11 mandate that the tubesheet thickness be not less than 16 mm where the tube attachment is made only by expanding the tube through tube sheet irrespective of the fact whether there are grooves in the tubesheet or not ? (I think that is illustration "e" , i am not sure because Code is not in front of me while composing these sentences)
It refers to ASME Section I Addenda 2009?
