As it is stated in 10-14, the forms used shall be available and be referenced in your QC Manual. It looks like, if you use particular QC forms in Code fabrication you have to include them in the Manual. However, the Code does not require using all those reports you are mentioning. Remember, the idea of ASME Section VIII-1 is to provide the rules for economical and competitive production of pressure vessels. It is not a nuclear code! As a minimum, you simply need to comply with UG-90(b). It means, you do not need to report every measured dimension. When I was QA, shop mechanics usually confirmed dimensional checking by initial and date on shop drawings. There are many ways to satisfy the Code while keeping the paperwork to minimum. You may consult your AI and AIS as a good source of knowledge. AI OR US
