I need to requalify one of my welders for a couple of our WPS's and this is my first time qualifying a welder, so I'm learning as I go here. If I'm having a V-8 moment and missing something obvious please kindly shed the light for me.

I have two questions:
1) The PQRs were tested with bend tests, but my other welder's WPQs list no bend tests done, just visual and radiographic testing. Is radiographic testing an option that replaces the need for bend testing of a WPQ? If so can someone please point me to a paragraph in the code which specifies this?
2) When I send a sample out for radiographic testing, is there a required length and width of the coupon? If these values are specified by the testing vendor I'll get ahold of them, but if these values are specified by the code, where is the section outlining the required dimensions? I've spent the morning pouring thru Sections 5 and 9 and haven't found anything dictating it yet.
Any and all helpful pointers will be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
