How to make the best material selection, when the specification coverage various grade of material?
Example 1: SA 516 Gr. 55, Gr.60, Gr.70
Example 2: SA 333 Gr........and so on.

Normally Client gives the material specification. Manufacturer is not the best judge to select material. Material selection also depend on availability in local maket. It also mainly depend on maximum and minimum temerature of the equipment. Sometimes material selection also depend on process fluid with vessel. Hence it is always better to ask Client or a professional chemical enginner.

minor differences are there.when imact properties prevails
Gr. 60 is used than gr.70.
