Can you suggest me abt the spacing of multiple opening in the formed hed and shell.In UG 39,it is clearly mentioned for flat heads with ligament width,pitch and some factors,but for dish only the limits of single opening in UG 40 ie greater of d or Rn+t+tn ( parallel ) & smaller of 2.5 t or 2.5 (tn+te) (Perpendicular).

If I have understood correctly, you want to know the spacing requirement between two or more openings in head. You can have closer openings as for as you meet the requirements of UG-42.

Alternatively, if the spacing is kept so apart (higher) such that the limits of reinforcement (UG-40) and limits of reinforcement of another opening do not overlap then there is no need to meet UG-42 and each opening reinforcement can be treated individually.
