Section IV Boilers; A Basis Question

What is difference between hot water heating & hot water supply boilers? these are referenced in the Preamble of Section IV.

What is criteria for allowable stress values of Section IV? Is it the same as that of Section II Part D?

In your home you have the hot water tap beside the cold water one. Water for this tap comes from a hot water supply boiler.
The Allowable Stress "S" in Sect. IV is in the same book and it is the UTS/5.
