Calculate thickness of each component for the given design conditions manually and then calculate weight manually.

This is with the assumption that you already have completed thermal sizing of the HEx.

Else manually estimate size of the HEx first and then thickness and weight

Hey, my friends,

do not forget the weight of the normal content in operating or test condition.
UG-22 requires this.
