abc123,

there are many requirement to be considered.

The hottest spot to check is your QA Manual. It shall clearly describe the controls for pruchasing and the contents of the purchase order. In most of the manuals, this is chapter 4.

In section III please consider Article NB-2000 entirely, and follow the references to NCA-3800, 3840, 3850, 3860.
Maybe your ANI can give some advice as well.
