What is the diff between the tell tale holes and weep holes? In UG 37(g) and UG 25(e) there are two different informations?

Ug 37(g) is mandatory for nozle RF pads and used for leak tests, where as UG25(e) is optional and can be provided any where required to monitor corrosion.
