One more stupid question, may you show me the requirement of this Code about timing of NDT? (How long we will do NDT after weld joint is finished?) Thanks.

I do not know any.
However the material spec and thk shall be considered because of the possibility of hydrogen cracking, which may occour in 24 hours time. Then, if possibility of hydrogen cracking exists, volumetric examination should be made 24 hours after completion of weld.
