1. Is it both Section VIII D1 & D2 requires Tube to Tubesheet welding mock up for Welding Procedure Qualiication?

2. Tubes SA 213 T11 & Tube sheet SA 516 Gr 70 (Weld overlayed with Inconel 600). P4 to P43 tube to tube sheet welding. PWHT-yes; Is it necessary for preheating? at what temperature?

So can I choose the Tubesheet thk as <1"? (Tubesheet in Job is 200mm)

Apart from referring QW 193, you also refer QW 288 where all required essential variables are specified. There is no suggested format like QW 482 but you need to devise the same after referring QW 288. Be careful to select tube size. Preheat is needed and you may refer Appendix RR of section VIII Div 1. You may select mock up tubesheel thickness as< 1" since Code does not stop it.
