Dear All,
can anyone tell me about the section 1612.3.2 of UBC 1997. i am designing a vertical vessel which is going to locate in california & i have to design it for seismic conditons according to UBC 1997.
in that code one section is given 1612.3.2 which is related to allowables, but i have not understand it. Please tell me about the same.
