IN UG 45 OF SEC. VIII DIV 1, EDITION 2010 ,THE STEPS FOR CALCULATING MINIMUM REQUIRED THK. OF NOZZLE ARE CHANGED. BUT THERE IS NO CHANGE MADE IN APPENDIX L FOR EXAMPLES OF CALCULATING THE NOZZLE THICKNESS.
EXPERTS ARE REQUESTED TO COMMENT.

Amol,

It happens that changes occure in mandatory body of the Code but examples illustrating the rules are not updated in non-mandatrory body of the Code.
It may take time to get Appendix L in line with UG paragraphs.
