i need a clarification for the below

1. whether we can use ug-99e for jacketted vessels?

Bro,

Always use UG-99(e) for a jacketed vessel, where the jacket is a separate Pressure chamber, and the vessel is one chamber.
In this case the nameplate will indicate two pressure chambers, often with different pressures.
