We are designing an NEN type exchanger with double segmental baffle using HTRI.
We have provided an additional vibration support between tubesheet and first baffle (both end) by clicking at appropriate location
But when we are importing data for Xvib from Xist , the resulting input does not have the added support. The first span length is taken as length between tubesheet and first baffle rather than the distance between tubesheet and first support.
In 3-D view of HTRI also, additional support is not visible
Can anyone guide me on this please
