Dear All

We have alloy with UNS No. N08810 ( P.No 45 ). What is the SFA no. ( AWS No. ? ) if SMAW is used?

Thank you

The best way is to know the type of welder to be used in that kind of alloy. We need to know whether it be a TIG or MIG, etc. as the case may be, which is compatible to the alloy. This is needed if there is really a fixing to be made through welding.

If a welder is qualified for P1 material, can he also weld on P45?
