What should we do besides waiting for the back charge bill

If I was you, first of all I would put all efforts to solve the problem on paper rather than in steel. From what you've described, it's not certain whether you really need those gussets. But I'm not you...

I did. The nozzle was barely enough to retain the internal pressure. We had to do Spot RT to improve the efficience. Any suggestion on what i have to do now.

Thank you

Ok, the next thought: is there a possibility to anchor the pipe down? Maybe it will be cheaper to buy them a pipe hanger rather than to rework the vessel?

Dear Hi!
go on for FEA of the problem for your mental satisfaction only. If FEA also reveal a problem then you should go for rectification otherwise play with the paper and pen..............

Next thought: How long is the last pipe spool before your vessel? Have you considered a replacement with a flexible element(s) so reactions on the vessel nozzle would be low?
