If Pressure Vessel is having corrugated inslation jacket, what should be the DRAG co-efficient?

Can anyone guide me on above with code ref?

Dear Mr. Sunil
As, the shape of Geometry is unchanged. Drag co-eff. of circle can be used. However, Diameter to be considered from Outsdie of insulated Jacket. There 0.7 x O.D of insulated jacket. No such reference is in Code. this is purely based on theory of fluid dynamic.
