I am searching for the WPQ, PQR and WPS it belongs to ASME Sec IX. But I would like to know the exact sub code for the same.

That is easy, for welding, Section IX Part QW is applicable, and the WPS is covered in Article 2, WPQ in Article 3.

I suggest you have a good reading of the Section IX to know well of it, if this standard is available.

I have printed it, reading it everyday.
