WPS/PQR Qualification for 6Moly Piping

Dear FRIENDS
I need to prepare WPS for 6Moly Piping.
Weld process - Root/Hot Pass-GTAW . FILL/CAP-SMAW
Dia 6" X Sch 80.What are the Mech. Tests Required?
Appreciate if you can share your experience
Parameters and selection welding consumable(s).

You must fallow ASME Sec.IX QW.451.It was specified the mechanical test requirements.

it is always advisable to specify exact ASME specification or with UNS # rather than trade names to get a quick reply.

Assuming your query is for UNS#S31254, you can use
AWS Specification A5.14 classification ERNiCrMo-3.
AWS Specification A5.11 classification ENiCrMo-3.
